Greek Salad

A classic no-cook side dish.
Ingredients
- Mini cucumbers
- Sliced kalamata olives
- Fat-free feta cheese crumbles
- Shallots
- Avocado oil
Instructions
- Discard stem ends of mini cucumbers and dice into bite-size pieces.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Chill about 1 hour before serving (or make ahead and chill overnight).
